​How to join the Mangrove Action Group (MAG)?
We offer 3 easy ways:
  • ​Print the membership application, complete and return it to MAG along with your check,
  • Come to a MAG meeting and provide us with your name, contact information and your check or
  • Email your request for membership to: [email protected]

Mangrove Action Group 2025 annual dues are $25. 
MAG is a 501 (c) (3) organization.

MAG Budget
We offer modest stipends to our Nature Lecture Series speakers and warrant occasional legal consultation in support of conservation advocacy.  Our priority is to engage contributions for conservation projects such as a Pelican Bay bird nesting box placement program, donations to environmental projects such as an FGCU oyster restoration program, and educational projects such as naturalist guided nature walks. 

​Our goals are inspirational.  
Mostly we educate through our Nature Lecture Series and Pelican Bay Nature Walks. We also sponsor conservation projects and donate to environmental projects. We advocate for the environment and provide information about current environmental issues to our membership.

                        Mangrove Action Group (MAG) is dedicated to conserving the Clam Pass/Clam Bay Natural Resource Protection Area (NRPA) and its natural environs, to protecting its mangroves, its wetlands and the flow and quality of its water, believing that its unspoiled character makes a critical contribution to the environment, to the flora and fauna that share it, and to the quality of life for everyone.
